Evening of Poetry with Ron Wallace

Award Winning Author & Poet, Ron Wallace, will be at the Van Alstyne Public Library on Saturday, April 13th at 5PM for a special presentation & reading. Come and meet Ron Wallace! He will be signing his latest book collection “Life Is a Disappearing Act” which was published on March 26, 2004 by Motina Books.

Ron Wallace was born and raised in Oklahoma. He is an adjunct instructor in English at the Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He is the author of ten books of poetry. He was a finalist five times in the Oklahoma Book Awards. He won the Oklahoma Book Awards in 2018.

Refreshments will be served! Bring your own work to share and discuss after his presentation. Come and celebrate National Poetry Month at the Van Alstyne Library at 151 West Cooper Street.
