Runners & Walkers Meet-Up

Pam Carroll, certified personal trainer & nutrition coach at Camp Gladiator in Van Alstyne is hosting a Runners & Walkers Meet-Up on Saturday, January 20th at 8AM at the Central Social District Park in Downtown Van Alstyne. Come run or walk downtown, meet us, make new friends and have a little healthy fun too! There will be several distances – you can do a 1K, 5K or 10K. They have a no-man left behind rule, so it totally doesn’t matter how slow you are, you can just come and have fun!
