Van Alstyne's - Railcar Farmers Market

One of the wonderful things that make Van Alstyne unique is our weekly Farmers Market during the spring and summer months. The Railcar Farmers Market of Van Alstyne is open on Tuesdays from 3:00PM to 7:00PM. The Railcar Farmers Market of Van Alstyne is sponsored/owned by SWell Markets. It is held at the Central Social District Park in downtown Van Alstyne.

Come and support your local farmers, growers, bakers, ranchers, canners and producers. The Railcar Farmers Market of Van Alstyne is a GO TEXAS affiliate and a Certified Farmers Market by the Texas Department of Agriculture. 80% of the market will be food available to customers weekly.

There will have a Railcar CRAFTERS market at the Farmers Market on the 3rd Tuesday of each month (June 18th, July 16th, and August 20th) and all of September.

The Central Social District Park is located at 215 E. Van Alstyne Parkway in Van Alstyne. It’s between the True Value Hardware Store and Van Alstyne City Hall. The farmers market is free to attend and you can enjoy live music in the park.
