Letters are back for 2025! Christmas is just around the corner and these personalized letters are filled with good wishes from Santa Claus himself. Sign-up for a customized letter from Santa to your child. These Santa Letters will be printed and addressed to your child/children. Keep the wonder alive during this magical time of the year!
I’ve made a few change from last year that will hopefully help make sure that your letters get to your kids. Letters can either be picked up for FREE at my office in downtown Van Alstyne or mailed to you for a cost of $5.95+.
I’ve checked my list and checked it twice, ordered all my supplies and I’m ready to print Santa Letters and address envelopes for your children. Supplies are limited, so order your letter early! I have enough supplies for about 700 children.
Santa Letters for 2025:
I’ve picked out new stationary and created 3 new Santa Letters for 2025 for you to choose from for your child. And I had about 200 (+/-) pieces of stationary left over from 2024, so I’m bringing back letter #2 for you to also order.
The names on the letter will be personalized for your child. The rest of the verbiage will remain as written in the example letter (sorry, there are no other customization’s allowed other than the name).
These letters come in an envelope hand-addressed to your child from Santa, so be sure to put down the correct mailing address for your child so that it will be written on the outside of the letter.
Whether you are picking up or having them mailed, the Santa Letters will be put inside a manila envelope so that little eyes can’t see what’s inside. If you are having them mailed, please put down the correct mailing address where all your letters will be sent!

FREE Pick-Up Option:
Just 2 Pick Up Dates this year! Pick-Up Location: Crew Real Estate Office at 162 S. Main Drive in Van Alstyne.
- Monday, December 1st between 10AM and 4:30PM
- Wednesday, December 3rd between 1:00PM to 7:00PM
NOTE: You are welcome to send someone on your behalf to pick-up the letters for your kids. Just have them ask for your name and come on your pick-up date!
Mailing Option:
I am now offering a paid mailing option for you. I will mail an envelope with all the hand-addressed Santa letters inside for your child/children. The cost varies based upon the # of letters ordered to be mailed:
$5.95 for up to 3 Santa Letters mailed all to the same address.
$8.95 for up to 6 Santa Letters mailed all to the same address.
$10.95 for up to 8 Santa Letters mailed all to the same address.
NOTE: I accept Zelle or Cash.App payments, sorry I can’t accept credit cards, as I’m not a business. I can send you an invoice from PayPal though if you are unable to use Cash.App or Zelle. All proceeds will go to help the Friends of the Van Alstyne Public Library.

Deadline for Ordering:
